Did you know, we run FUN and informative product training sessions for Audiology clinics and stockists?
In the age of Covid and beyond, we are available to ZOOM into your office and TEAM(s) up with you, to get your staff and clinicians across and confident fitting our Audeara products.
While we know you can do it, it can be intimidating to learn a new device and fit something you are not familiar with. We are available for both planned training sessions and on-demand product support.
Our product training sessions generally include:
- The Audeara effect and Audeara difference.
- Product features and functionality
- Benefits and direct testimonials from clinicians and customers.
- Frequently asked questions and basic troubleshooting.
- DVA, HSP and NDIS eligibility and claiming.
- Clinic ordering and support.
- AudAssist.
- A lot of laughs and (subjectively) lame jokes.
All sessions are individual and can be tailored to your clinic and needs. Formal product training will also include a copy of our claiming guide and exclusive access to the Audeara provider portal.
CPD points are available for eligible Audiologists!
For 15 minutes or a full hour, we are always excited to share our enthusiasm and get you excited about Audeara.
