60 day returns policy

Audeara are confident that you will love our product. For that reason we offer a no-questions asked 60 day money-back guarantee. This means that if for some reason the product isn’t what you expected, or isn’t functioning as you would like, we’ll take it back and give you a full refund.

We are unable to offer a refund or exchange outside of the 60 day period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery is not eligible for the 60-day money back guarantee.

If you purchased your headphones from a hearing clinic or one of our stockists, that stockist will need to refund you directly and we will then credit their account. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or those purchased using a discount code cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us and return your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
